2 ripe avocados, peeled
1 red grapefruit, cut and peeled
1 small red onion, sliced into rings
1 small head of romaine lettuce, torn
Sprinkle lemon juice on avocado and turn gently to coat. Cut grapefruit into bite sized pieces and remove membrane. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Add dressing and toss prior to serving.
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup salad oil
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt to taste
Combine dressing ingredients in a pint jar and shake. Lightly coat sald ingredients. Refrigerate remaining dressing.
